Leadership Multiplied

Strengthening leaders to grow intentionally and extend their impact through others.

KYP partnered with a student success program to engage 40 students in an interactive development experience focused on helping participants connect personal purpose with sustainable growth and intentional action.

The Engagement

30 Professionals and People Leaders | County Development Program | Workshop Style Learning| Leadership & Mentorship

The Challenge

Leadership development doesn't stop when someone becomes a leader.

As seasoned professionals prepared to take on mentorship responsibilities, the opportunity was to help them remain intentional about their own career development while strengthening their ability to lead and develop others.

The experience needed to meet established professionals where they were—connecting continued growth with the responsibility and opportunity to extend their knowledge, experience, and influence to others.

KYP designed an interactive, workshop-style experience that combined development principles with activities that moved participants from reflection into practical application

Career Development
Participants examined their professional journeys, experiences, and opportunities to remain intentional about continued growth.

Leadership
The experience explored leadership through the lens of influence, responsibility, and developing others—connecting individual growth with how leaders show up for the people around them.

Mentorship
Participants considered how their experiences, strengths, and lessons learned could be intentionally translated into guidance that supports another professional's development.

Multiplying Leadership Through Others

A central theme of the experience was that leadership creates greater value when its impact extends beyond the individual.

Participants were challenged to think about mentorship as an extension of leadership—using their experiences not simply as evidence of where they've been, but as a resource that can help someone else move forward.

The experience connected continued personal growth, intentional leadership, and mentorship to demonstrate how developing one leader can ultimately influence many.

One Foundation. Multiple Applications.

KYP's core development principles were intentionally translated for experienced professionals who were already responsible for leading others.

Rather than introducing leadership, the experience challenged participants to consider how their leadership could evolve—from achieving individually and leading teams to intentionally developing the people around them.
